【UCI訴訟終結：UCI、米連邦最高裁で最終勝利】
15年にわたる長い法廷闘争の末、世界平和統一家庭連合（家庭連合）が文顯進博士およびUCIを相手に提起した訴訟が、ついに終結しました。
2026年3月9日、アメリカ合衆国連邦最高裁判所は、事件番号 No.25-634（家庭連合 対 文顯進ほか） に関する家庭連合側の 上告受理申立（petition for certiorari） を却下し、下級審の判決を再審理しないことを決定しました。
これにより、これ以上の上訴手続きは不可能となり、本件は完全かつ最終的に解決されました。
今回の却下決定は、2011年に家庭連合が文顯進博士から UCIおよびその資産の支配権を奪取するため に初めて提起した訴訟に端を発する、一連の法的キャンペーンの終焉を意味します。
このキャンペーンは、結果的に司法制度のすべての段階において失敗に終わりました。
